Singularity weapons are implimented using super dense neutronium matter and artificially induced matter singularities which can be used as gravity wells like small black holes.

Gakla! is throwing a chunk of neutronium matter at your enemy's spacecraft (or planet) at speeds approaching that of light. We're talking simple fractions here. We're talking something you'd really like to dodge, but couldn't. One Gakla round would weigh about the mass of your entire space ship...it would be like driving your Mazda Miata into a brick wall, and then dropping a sixteen ton weight on it!
The Singularity Cannon has a heart of blackness. It's chief component is an artificially induced singularity (black hole) which is used as an engine to sling Gakla (or whatever) at it's targets. The closer the miniature orbital slingshot is around the sigularity, the higher the achived velocity of the projectile. Used carefully, it can even sling satellites into orbit around planets.
The immense magnitude of this weapon is awesome to comprehend. It is not found on any modern spaceship, because none are big enough to hold it or even generate nearly enough power to operate on. Division Rafts are sufficient in size to hold these weapons, as are Greendomes, too.
