Discernable Enemies (inside and outside):
Everyone is an enemy of the Orisian Empire...everyone that stands in the way of the Orisian empire's goal of expansion. In every sector, there are particular enemies to the empire. Usually, there are Cyrans, which hate Orisians. Neutral worlds have historically been anti-Orisian, but some very swayed neutral worlds have been known to willingly side with the Orisians, for safety reasons, for economic reasons, and for military reasons.
The NeoTriconians, especially the Blackthorn Triconians, are proving to be a very acute threat. The rapid advances in Triconian technology, and their alliance with the Cyrans have made them less accessable. Some Orisian Commander Somewhere probably got the shit beat out of him for letting this happen!

The Orisian Empire has quite a bit of real estate, if you know what I mean. About 290 planets by 2041 NTE. Besides the military corporations within those planets, they also hire neutral planet companies for services, as well.
Races (Include racial tensions):
The different species encompassed in the Orisian empire are pretty unvaried. Most Orisian planets are comprised of humanoid life, mostly humans, few Cyrans, but surprisingly many Sterling Genome individuals. The Orisians have been taking over mostly human planets, and have thus far expanded out to the limits of where the Cyrans have kept them at bay.
Scope (Include dimension and goals):
The Orisian Empire consists of about 290 systems, half of which are interconnected with teleport pads. These teleport pads are like stationary fold engines that fold things sitting on them to another pad. Not as safe or sophisticated as a Deathsmith Transmat, though. The Empire takes up over a whole sector: most of sectors 7,8,23, and creeping into sectors 22 and 24.
They have a pan-temporal scope, besides a interstellar one, too. In a unique timeline, the Orisians have dominated the Galaxy, and have a tenious rule over it. This timeline is unapproachable by any known force, it is so well defended. The only thing that keeps this timeline from helping the Orisians in the True Time Line is the fact that the Triconian Time Troops are hard at work defendeing the true timeline. It is dangerous for any Orisian to time travel, even though in the true time-line, they are developing time-travel for themselves, so they can proceed with their master plan of taking over the galaxy from the past.
The Orisian "fronts," referring to the edges of the Empire, are divided by sectors. There are Sector-Commanders which are in charge (for life) of taking that sector and keeping it. Each sector front has a name and association with it.
- Sector 7: Ambus
  Sector Commander Ambus is the second most powerful commander, by how many systems he has obtained for the Orisian Empire. He is also 105 years old, and very thoroughly cybernated. The Ambus Sector as 100 systems, and is about to gain more. Sector Commander Ambus, having attained 100 systems, has been awarded the highly prestigous Orisian Centenious Mark. The Mark is awarded whenever a commander has obtain 100 planets, and is followed up with a sector wide celebration for a whole day on all Orisian worlds in the Orisian Empire.
- Sector 8: Dukow
  Sector Command Dukow is the most powerful of all Sector Commanders. His sector has 150 Orisian systems, and is soon to be well on it's way to aquiring its second Centenious Mark. Nearly no word news from this sector reaches sector 23 despite it being neighborly, because Sector Commander Dukow has such tight control over his sector. Dukow is 175 years old, and is the only Sector Commander who was an Ancient Triconian. He still has his bonephone, and works it out daily. His cybernations mostly consist of genetic re-engineerings of bodyparts that he once had cybernated. It is rumored that he is planning on having clones made from his original DNA, too. Dukow is frighteningly powerful to have achieved such control, and is feared by all other Sector Commanders except Sector Commander Panaca.
- Sector 22: Chin-Yo
  Chin-Yo is just beginning this conquering thing. He's only aquired 35 systems in the 50 years that he's been a commander. He is very intelligent, but is rumored not to have the stength of character to maintain proper command of his sector. Chin-Yo also has the problem of a well-organized Cyran and Neutral World Resistance Alliance aimed against him. No other sector had as much resistance in the first 30 systems.
- Sector 23: Darksun
  Sector Commander Darksun is a devious and debauched sector commander. He is reputed to be the crudest and most vile of the lot, right down to his cybernated intestines. He is the third most powerful Orisian sector commander, who is just about finished taking a 25 year break before consuming another couple decade of systems from this sector. Darksun is never openly afraid or worried. He is probably has one of the best poker-faces in the Milky Way. Pitted against the Triconian, the Blackthorn, and the Cyran Empires, he is waiting for them to let their gaurd down before he cossumately crushes them (or so he says). He has 55 systems in 60 years, and is planning on taking a nice round 45 systems as soon as he can afford to. He does have the advantage of having the second-best sector infrastructure (a surprising contrast to his disgusting character) to help him crank out his fleets. Darksun's disgusting side includes a history darkly stained with torture, slavery, rape, and possibly necrophillia as well.

- Sector 24: Thrieow-Nine
  Thrieow-Nine is the most recent of the Orisian Sector Commanders, with only 30 systems aquired in 40 years. He is the youngest of the Sector Commanders, and is rumored to not have the experience to finish the job. He is also rumored to be much more robot than cyborg, owed to an experimental co-processor in his cranium. Little is known about Thrieow-Nine except he hates Triconians with a passion, and would rather be in sector 23 fighting on Urth. He is also in some disfavor with the other Sector Commanders, notably Panacka and Dukow. It is not general knowledge why, however.
- Sectors 5, 17, 18: Panacka
  Sector Commander Panacka is not really a Sector Commander, except by rank. He is more of a warrior with his own manifest destiny to conquer out to the edge of the galaxy. He started, in fact, when he woke up 200 years ago. He only has 90 planets, but this is not surprising, since he only began expanding his home planet 60 years ago. Panacka's small empire is to the rest of the Orisian Empire as the Blackthorn Triconians are to Urth Triconians. Panaka is not actually an Original Triconian, but he does have a bonephone. Word has it he was a tyrant system owner during the middle of the Galactic Dark Age, and was put into cyro-stasis as a punishment by the Cyrans sectors away. When Panacka awoke 200 years ago, he traveled and found the beginning Orisian empire, and decided he was on their side, and went back to his home/prison world and started from scratch there and conquered the world. Panacka has unique Orisian weapons designed in his own sector, and when he's not feeling too neurotic, will trade these with the rest of the Orisian Empire. His battles are renound for his ability to use robots, long range weapon, and other methods of mass-destruction. Many of his 90 planets are just barely recovering from the amount of devastation heaped upon them when they were conquered.
Origin (Include history and current background):
The Orisian Empire has a very shrouded history. "Suddenly, they were there!" which pretty much says all. But not really. At the onset of the Galactic Dark Age, the Triconians were sacked, but the military reminants were still powerful enough to support themselves. With a combination of the BonePhone technology and cryostasis, many of the ex-Triconian military tyrants slept through the Galactic dark age, and got a head-start on rejoining their forces by creating the Orisian nation.
